1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

Lab-grown diamonds can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be in its original, unused condition, accompanied by the original purchase receipt and all accompanying certificates, documentation, and packaging.

Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Items purchased from our website may be returned or exchanged only through our online return process or by contacting our Customer Support.

2. Initiation of Return or Exchange:

Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included in the return package.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including insurance, to ensure the safe arrival of the item.

We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method to return the item.

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our Customer Support along with the issued RAN.

4. INSPECTION AND PROCESSING:

Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Refund and Exchange Options:

Refund: If the returned item meets our criteria, a refund will be issued for the original purchase amount minus any shipping fees.

Exchange: Customers may choose to exchange the returned item for another item of equal or greater value. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
